• Account Credentials: Secure password hashes and Google Single-Sign-On authentication tokens (via Firebase Authentication).
• Device & Usage Data: Device ID, Operating System, App performance log data, and IP address for security auditing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for legitimate business purposes including:

• Providing career match suggestions, job application processing, and candidate search services.
• Enabling direct communication between candidates and employers for interview scheduling.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

• Updating Data: Edit your profile, resume, or contact details directly inside the application settings at any time.
• Account Deletion Request: You can delete your account directly inside the app under Profile Settings or by emailing our Privacy Team at support@shivanitech.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". All associated personal data and resume files will be permanently purged within 30 days.
